Job title: Transformation Programme PMO Analyst (12 Month FTC)

Location: London or Royston (Hybrid)

The role:

As a PMO Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

  • Supporting delivery of programmes and projects through consistent governance, reporting and coordination

  • Maintaining and improving PMO processes, tools, templates and standards

  • Tracking and analysing project data to produce insights and recommendations

  • Ensuring project controls are effectively applied including RAID, planning and change management

  • Preparing accurate reports, dashboards and governance papers

  • Providing administrative and logistical support for key meetings and events

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

  • Experience working within a PMO in a project, programme or portfolio environment

  • Strong knowledge of governance, planning, PMO methodologies and delivery standards

  • Ability to produce accurate, insightful reporting and dashboards

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • Analytical mindset, confident working with metrics and portfolio tools

  • Experience supporting teams in fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environments
