The Transformation OFSE Financing Sr. Advisor plays a strategic role in modernizing how financial data is structured, distributed, and consumed across the organization. This role champions simplification, standardization, and accessibility of finance data, ensuring stakeholders can easily find, understand, and leverage financial insights to support business objectives. By partnering across Finance, IT, analytics, and business teams, the advisor drives clarity, usability, and adoption of modern financial data practices.

As a Transformation OFSE Financing Sr. Advisor, you will be responsible for:

· Leading the transformation of financial data delivery and reporting methods to ensure data is timely, relevant, and accessible to diverse internal audiences.
· Simplifying finance data menus, use cases, and structures by eliminating unnecessary complexity, standardizing definitions, and aligning reporting frameworks.
· Designing and promoting innovative approaches to financial data sharing, visualization, and self‑service analytics.
· Developing and delivering training, tools, and resources to enhance financial data accessibility and improve financial acumen across stakeholder groups.
· Partnering with Finance, IT, analytics, and business teams to gather requirements, align priorities, and ensure data transformation initiatives support organizational goals.
· Leading change management activities, including stakeholder communications, adoption strategies, and ongoing support for impacted teams.
· Establishing and maintaining finance data governance, quality, and compliance processes to ensure data integrity and security.
· Monitoring industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in financial data management and usage.

To be successful in this role you will:

· Have a degree‑level education or equivalent experience in finance, business, data, or a related discipline.
· Have significant experience in finance transformation, financial analytics, data management, or advisory roles within complex organizations.
· Have a strong understanding of financial data structures, reporting, and governance, with the ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable insights.
· Have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, capable of influencing across functions and levels.
· Have proven experience leading change initiatives and driving adoption of new processes, tools, or data models.
· Have strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with experience leveraging digital and visualization tools to enhance decision‑making.
· Have proficiency in MS365 applications and financial or analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI or similar).
· Experience within industrial, energy, manufacturing, or services environments is advantageous.
