To enhance operational efficiency, spearhead strategic initiatives at Lilly in Hyderabad, and develop a future-ready organization that effectively serves the business, the Lilly Hyderabad team is seeking a Manager for the Strategy & Transformation organization. This role is pivotal in driving transformative programs and ensuring the organization is well-prepared to meet evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

 ​Program Management:

  • Oversee cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives; bring together multiple stakeholders and help drive decisions

  • Build and own program metrics, evaluate progress regularly with leadership team to achieve deliverables and wins for the organization.

  • Develop and implement program strategies, supporting the company's long-term goals.

  • Managing the meeting cadence for leadership team, tracking critical issues and topics, ensuring that objectives are achieved and action points are met. 

Process Analysis and Design:

  • Analyze business processes / workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and document processes.
  • Develop and implement process improvement strategies and action plans.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and ensure it is accessible to relevant stakeholders

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyze key trends, market dynamics, and government policies impacting the Indian GCC landscape, with a focus on Hyderabad.
  • Track and report on the establishment, expansion, and evolution of GCCs by multinational corporations across various industries (e.g., Technology, Manufacturing, Healthcare).
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of GCC market intelligence, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the wider team.
  • Regularly communicate key market updates and research findings to internal stakeholders.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Prepare and drive business reviews for reviewing key performance indicators at site level. 
  • Build connections with leadership team and others across the organization to influence outcomes, enable team success and foster long-term partnerships that are critical to organizational success.
  • Meet with Site Lead Team, and Supervisors to discuss program status, goals, and improvements.

Minimum Qualification Requirements:

  • Post graduate degree (MBA/MSc/MPharm) or adequate professional experience to meet above deliverables
  • 8+ years of experience in progressively increasing breadth and depth in delivery of engagements / projects. 
  • Passionate researcher with a strong understanding of the Indian GCC market and a desire to shape the future of global business.
  • Demonstrated experience across all phases and aspects of a comprehensive process redesign, such as data gathering, baselining, root cause analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modelling, future state design, implementation and validation of results
  • Proven experience influencing multiple stakeholders in a global complex organization and in times of change
  • Advanced MS-Office skills, with some data management and visualization tools a plus (Power BI etc)
