We are looking for our future Transformation Manager EMEA fulfillment to join our Supply Chain team in the Netherlands or Germany.
The Transformation Manager reports directly to the Head of EMEA Distribution. The role works closely with supply chain leadership and cross functional teams.

Transformation Manager, is a pivotal leadership role designed to optimize the collaboration, alignment and productivity of the fulfillment function. Acting as a trusted advisor and operational partner to the Head of EMEA Distribution (HED), the Transformation Manager bridges strategy with execution, ensuring seamless collaboration across stakeholders, driving key initiatives, and enabling the supply chain organization to anticipate, adapt, and thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape.
Let's talk about key responsibilities :
- Serve as a thought partner to the HED, helping shape and communicate the fulfilment strategy across the organization
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans and ensure progress against strategic goals through rigorous cross-functional coordination
- Prepare executive-level presentations, business review materials, and regular communications for the supply chain leadership team and broader organization
- Facilitate annual and quarterly planning cycles, working closely with functional leads to set priorities and allocate resources effectively
- Oversee the execution of mission-critical projects, such as digital transformation, network optimization, cost reduction, sustainability, and risk mitigation initiatives
- Develop and manage dashboards, tracking KPIs and milestones to ensure accountability and transparency
- Identify bottlenecks, resolve conflicts, and support teams in overcoming obstacles to project success
- Continuously analyse distribution processes and workflows with the regional leadership team, identifying opportunities for improvement, automation, and standardization
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and continuous improvement across the organisation
- Leverage data analytics, modelling and simulation network design tools and drive cost to service optimization
- Act as a central point of communication with the EMEA distribution team, as well as external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective information flow
- Coordinate and facilitate leadership meetings and cross-functional workshops
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture
- Partner with IT and analytics teams to drive the adoption of digital tools, advanced analytics, and automation within the distribution organisation
- Develop and maintain business continuity plans, ensuring organizational resilience in the face of uncertainty
What You Bring :
- Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or strategic management roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership or Senior Manager capacity
- Supply Chain consultancy experience is a significant advantage
- Exceptional organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives to completion and deliver measurable business outcomes
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, including executive-level presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a high degree of emotional intelligence and discretion
- Experience with global ERP system (Oracle), data analytics platforms
- Proven ability to lead change, influence without authority, and work effectively in a matrixed environment
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is of advantage
- Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and internationally as required
Preferred
- Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certifications
- Familiarity with global supply chain operation and logistics across multiple regions
- Track record of successful digital transformation or technology adoption initiatives
- Experience managing crisis situations or business continuity programs.
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate it to senior leaders and diverse audiences
