The Global Procurement Transformation Manager is responsible for supporting comprehensiveKey Responsibilities ● Execute on a robust global procurement transformation strategy, clearly aligned with the overall business strategy, objectives, and long-term organizational vision ● Support large-scale procurement transformation projects, encompassing end-to-end process reengineering, system implementations, strategic sourcing enhancements, and digital procurement solutions ● Support the selection, evaluation, and implementation of advanced procurement technologies, analytics, and digital tools, ensuring maximum benefit realization and continuous improvement ● Support the design and development of transformation initiatives, accelerating adoption and desired behavioral changes through effective program management, stakeholder engagement, clear communications and training ● Partner and collaborate closely with XFN stakeholders across global procurement, business units, IT, finance and legal to ensure alignment, successful adoption, and integration of procurement transformation initiatives ● Track, monitor, and continuously enhance global procurement governance frameworks, including comprehensive performance metrics, KPIs, compliance measures, and reporting standards ● Champion strategic change management initiatives, fostering an organizational culture of agility, continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability across all global procurement functions ● Support the design, evaluation, and deployment of global strategic sourcing processes and supplier management frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance, efficiency, and value maximization across all regions ● Identify strategic opportunities for significant cost reductions, risk mitigation, supplier innovation, and enhanced procurement performance globally ● Support the development and execution of global procurement training, capability-building initiatives, and talent development programs to ensure sustainable talent growth, high-performance teams, and succession planning ● Conduct regular benchmarking and market intelligence assessments to stay informed of industry trends, competitive positioning, and best-in-class procurement practices ● Regularly present strategic updates, progress reports, and procurement transformation results to senior management, providing insights, analytics, and recommendations for continuous improvement
