Job Description Summary

The Transformation Manager is a strategic leader responsible for identification and delivery of transformational  improvements across the enterprise. This role partners with senior leadership to deliver measurable impact through structured change management, adoption, and continuous improvement. Expertise in commercial real estate or related industries is highly valued.  

Job Description

Responsibilities 

Strategic Leadership & Change Management 

  • Develop and execute transformation strategies aligned with corporate objectives and long-term growth 

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives within defined timelines and budgets 

  • Apply change management methodologies to facilitate adoption and sustainment of new processes, technologies, and operating models 

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, digital transformation, organizational efficiency and strategic alignment. 

  • Establish and monitor KPIs to measure program effectiveness and ensure accountability 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Collaborate with subject matters experts and stakeholders at all levels to ensure the of design of the best solution, organizational buy in and alignment 

  • Drive engagement and adoption by building and executing effective change management plans  

  • Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and continuous improvement 

  • Take a high level of accountability to ensure achievement of desired outcomes using all available resources 

Program & Project Management 

  • Oversee the development and implementation of transformation solutions 

  • Manage risks, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery 

  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decisions and track progress 

Team and Project Oversight 

  • Champion the professional growth and career development of analysts through coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback 

  • Provide hands-on oversight of daily project activities, ensuring milestones are met and resources are effectively allocated 

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture by driving engagement, supporting skill development, sharing best practices and guiding the Transformation Team’s ongoing evolution 

Industry & Technology Integration 

  • Stay abreast of market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial real estate, transformation, change management. 

  • Recommend and implement technology solutions  and tools (ERP, CRM, data analytics platforms) to support transformation goals 

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, real estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience. 

  • 6–10 years of experience in consulting or corporate transformation roles. 

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale change initiatives 

  • Strong knowledge of market dynamics, financial modeling, change management and operational delivery 

  • Proven success with transformative solutions that may include data analytics, BI Reporting, off -shore/nearshore resourcing, AI and automation  

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, teaming and negotiation skills 

  • Experience with digital transformation tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.) preferred 

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PMI, ITIL, LEAN, etc.) are a plus

  • Increased operational efficiency and productivity 

  • Successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives 

  • Positive feedback from stakeholders and team members 

  • Achievement of key performance indicators and project milestones

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $ 112,285.00 - $132,100.00
