Do you want to drive high-impact through cross-functional projects and turn strategy into measurable results at a leading biotech CDMO? Join our Transformation Business Team in Denmark supporting the Senior leadership team turning strategy into execution and work with a combination of industry experts, Operational Excellence (OpEx) specialists, and former management consultants.
We are seeking a former top‑tier management consultant with a proven project management track record. You will lead strategically critical initiatives end‑to‑end—from problem definition and solution design to implementation and stabilization. You bring a flexible, pragmatic mindset and thrive with diverse stakeholders. One day you will design concepts, models and frameworks and the other day you will be on the floor facilitating workshops, running pilots, and driving change in operations.
What you’ll do
Strategy execution
Translate strategic ambitions into prioritized initiatives, clear objectives, and executable projects.
Project leadership and delivery
Lead cross-functional projects from scoping and business case to implementation and sustainment.
Build project charters, plans, and critical paths; manage RAID, dependencies, and change control.
Ensure delivery to scope, time, cost, and quality—unlock decisions and remove roadblocks.
On-the-floor implementation
Map processes, identify bottlenecks, pilot improvements, and implement standard work and control plans.
Stand up daily/weekly performance routines; track benefits and secure handover to line ownership.
Stakeholder and change leadership
Engage senior stakeholders; align objectives, success criteria, and resourcing.
Design and execute change plans, communications, and training; track adoption and impact.
Operational excellence
Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Shingo-inspired practices to improve flow, quality, and reliability.
Facilitate Kaizen events and problem-solving sessions; coach teams in structured methods.
Ways of working
Create playbooks, templates, and light governance to ensure consistent, repeatable execution and knowledge sharing.
