What You Will Do:

The Transformation Advisor will serve as a trusted advisor to a federal client, providing expert guidance on a worldwide modernization effort. This role will support the development of strategic roadmaps, implementation plans, and best practices for rolling out an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS).

  • Advise the client on IWMS capabilities, configuration options, and integration strategies to align with mission requirements.
  • Support development of strategic roadmaps for phased implementation of IWMS modules.
  • Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimization.
  • Lead or assist in the configuration of IWMS modules, ensuring compliance with federal standards and security requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.
  • Oversee data migration, system testing, and validation activities.
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring to ensure successful adoption of IWMS functionalities.
  • Facilitate demos and functional reviews with client leadership.
  • Lead and support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • High School Diploma
  • FIFTEEN (15) years of consulting experience including TEN (10) years of experience implementing IWMS


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Experience working with Federal Government agencies
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Demonstrated experience engaging in strategic conversations with customers at senior leadership level
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment with a multi-disciplinary team to facilitate systems implementation
  • Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and/or asset management
  • Experience presenting communications, demos, and trainings related to IWMS functionality
