The Role:
As a Transfers-In Operations Specialist, you will support investors and internal teams by processing inbound cash and asset transfer requests into self-directed retirement accounts. This role focuses on reviewing transfer documentation, submitting requests to delivering custodians, tracking transfer status, and following up to ensure timely completion.
In addition to transfer processing responsibilities, this role provides cross-functional support to the New Accounts Onboarding team by assisting with account maintenance requests as needed to help balance team capacity and ensure timely service delivery.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective written and verbal communication while managing multiple transactions simultaneously.
Location: This role requires 2-3 days a week in office in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
For residents of San Francisco, CA the annual salary range for this role is $24/hr - $25/hr + annual bonus. Final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, bonus, and other factors
