What will you be doing?

  • Support the preparation, calculation, and review of operational transfer pricing (OTP) adjustments and year-end true-ups across multiple regions.
  • Assist with the preparation of transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, benchmarking updates) in line with OECD and local requirements.
  • Manipulate and analyse data to support financial models, profitability testing, and intercompany margin monitoring.
  • Coordinate with Group Tax, Finance, and Regional Controllers to ensure alignment between transfer pricing results and accounting records.
  • Support the implementation of automation tools and standardised reporting for transfer pricing monitoring and calculations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits, providing supporting schedules, reconciliations, and explanations of intercompany charges.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operational transfer pricing processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with GBS finance teams to ensure accurate intercompany cost allocations and consistent application of transfer pricing policies.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor level degree and/or Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, ADIT, CPA or equivalent.
  • Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational finance/tax role, ideally with exposure to transfer pricing.
  • Advanced analytical skills with proven experience data gathering, data manipulation and reconciling large datasets (advanced Excel required; Power Query or Power BI is a plus).
  • Familiarity with accounting systems (HFM, Longview, Tagetik, SAP, SAP4Hana)
  • Sound understanding of intercompany transactions, cost allocations, and transfer pricing documentation requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a global, fast-paced environment.
