Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst
Reports To: Global Transfer Pricing Manager
We are seeking a Transfer Pricing Senior Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support our global transfer pricing operations. In addition to managing global transfer pricing compliance, this role will play a key part in operational transfer pricing activities (e.g., running quarterly and year-end models in Excel and Alteryx) while working closely with cross-functional teams and other members of the global tax department.
Scope of Responsibilities:
Foster a team-oriented environment, demonstrating strong communication and collaboration skills across global functions.
Execute and maintain quarterly and year-end transfer pricing models in Excel and Alteryx to ensure accurate intercompany pricing and compliance with arm’s-length standards.
Provide support for the transfer pricing portion of quarterly and year-end financial statement audits.
Support existing Solenis transfer pricing policies and procedures and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Provide support for quarterly and year-end financial statement audits related to transfer pricing.
Assist annual transfer pricing documentation (master file, local files, CbCR) as needed.
Monitor and adjust intercompany pricing as needed, with special attention to our European principal structure.
Coordinate execution of intercompany agreements and ensure alignment with transfer pricing policies.
Collaborate with various internal functions (tax, controllership, treasury, legal, IT) to provide transfer pricing advice on business decisions
Contribute to transfer pricing aspects of M&A activity and relevant audits.
Liaise effectively with third-party providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business/Accounting/Economics preferred, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
CPA or advanced degree a plus.
Experience
3+ years of transfer pricing experience in a Big 4 firm, national public accounting firm, or large multinational corporate tax department.
Hands-on experience with Alteryx and advanced Excel modeling strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative global team.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
