The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate Transfer Pricing team you are expected to lead the creation and implementation of impactful operational transfer pricing strategies. As a Manager you are expected to supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You are also responsible for conducting thorough assessments of clients' current transfer pricing processes and systems and providing proficiency advice on fitting technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of operational transfer pricing strategies
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver exceptional results
- Manage client service accounts and oversee engagement workstreams
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' transfer pricing processes and systems
- Provide specialized advice on relevant technology solutions
- Independently solve and analyze complex problems
- Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources effectively
- Foster meaningful client relationships and motivate team members
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Computer and Information Science preferred
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
- In-depth knowledge in client assessment and consultation
- Leading implementation of finance or tax technology systems
- Designing streamlined tax processes leveraging technology
- Developing industry standard practices for tax data management
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships
- Managing project workflow, budgets, and billing
- Coaching staff with timely and meaningful feedback

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
