RMB Namibia is hiring a Transactional Banking Sales Transactor to drive origination, cross‑sell and client engagement across our Corporate & Institutional segments.
 

Are you someone who can:

  • Lead the transactional sales pipeline and deal execution
  • Deliver Request for Proposal, pitches and sales presentations
  • Grow payments, reconciliation, collections and liquidity revenue
  • Analyse sector trends, competitor insights and client performance
  • Elevate client experience with value‑creating solutions
  • Strengthen cross‑functional collaboration across Coverage, Product, Trade and Operation

What You Bring:

  • Strong transactional banking or corporate banking experience
  • Proven track record in sales origination and client engagement
  • Deep knowledge of payments, reconciliation and liquidity solutions
  • Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills
  • Ability to engage senior C‑suite stakeholders
  • A client‑centric mindset and passion for excellence

You will be an ideal candidate if you:

  • Are you a holder of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or any relevant degree.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in banking; transactional or corporate banking experience advantageous.
  • Have knowledge and experience of Transactional Banking products.
  • Can exceed product or sales execution targets.
