AOBUT THE TEAM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented QA Analyst to join our growing and evolving Operations Support team, which sits within our First Line of Defence. In this role, you will monitor adherence to all Ongoing Monitoring processes at Tide, including ongoing monitoring alert reviews, investigations, card disputes, account operations, and submitting SARs. You will ensure that the correct actions are taken to identify and report financial crime concerns. Additionally, you will assist in creating, developing, and implementing Ongoing Monitoring quality processes and procedures at Tide. You will assess decision accuracy, customer service performance, and conformity to company policies and procedures through sampling.

You will report to the Quality Assurance Team Lead and sit within the First Line of Defence. You will work closely with the Trainers, Ongoing Monitoring Team Leads, and the Policy and Procedures team to advise on areas that need improvement and recommend actions to close any gaps.

ABOUT THE ROLE 

  • Monitoring the adherence of ongoing analysts to key procedures.
  • Effectively conducting transaction analysis and identifying financial crime and conduct risk defects.
  • Expertise in writing SARs (Suspicious Activity Reports).
  • Providing feedback on audits performed.
  • Generating QA reports.
  • Achieving the sampling target assigned.
  • Identifying trends related to procedures, analysts, and segments.
  • Identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in procedures.
  • Collaborating closely with peers to implement quality strategies and drive overall team performance.
