As a Transaction Coordinator, you will work on a team that oversees all compliance and administrative details throughout the listings and transaction process. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and advancing their businesses. Our team provides full-service support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders and ensures a smooth path to closing. From document preparation, to deadline tracking, to regular updates to all parties, to a transaction, your goal is to make life easier for agents and clients every step of the way. You will also work hand in hand with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, bringing extensive experience and strong industry contacts to each and every contract you process.

The expected base pay for this position is $32.00 - 36.00 pr/hr. This range reflects our good-faith estimate of what we intend to offer for this role at the time of posting. Final offers within this range will depend on job-related factors such as experience, skills, and internal equity. Additional compensation elements, such as bonuses, commissions, or equity grants, may be available, along with a full benefits program.
