The Transaction Coordinator role involves collaborating within our team to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of the listings, transaction, and commission process. Daily Agent interaction is a key part of this crucial operational role.
The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and developing their businesses. Our team provides comprehensive support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth closing process. From document preparation and deadline tracking, to regular updates for all parties to a transaction, your goal is to facilitate the process for Agents and clients at every stage. You will also collaborate closely with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, utilizing your extensive experience and strong industry contacts for each contract you process.

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $30.00 - $36.00 pr/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
