Job Summary: THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a TRAINING TECHNICIAN - TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD3024000 and is part of the KY 123 AW, National Guard.
Major Duties:
Qualifications: MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Experience that has provided the knowledge of Air Force vision, values, organization, policy, and mission. Knowledge in military training centers, training programs, schools, and units. Knowledge of Air Force education and training policy requirements SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 24 months experience conducting and developing education and training programs. Experience developing and publishing training schedules. Experience with training program management such as scheduling training events and facilities; conducting assistance visits and training meetings; qualification standard development; education institution registration requirements; military personnel classification system and policies; communicative interpersonal skill applications; and distance learning concepts. Experience presenting professional courses and briefings. Experience developing reports and maintaining records. Experience organizing and preparing instructional materials. Experience preparing assignments, exercises, demonstrations, training aids, and reference material. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Resume must have complete dates, work schedule, and/or hours worked per week for both civilian and military employment. (Example: 2 JAN 1980 to 3 MAR 1981; 0800-1630 M-F or JAN 1980 to MAR 1981; 40 hrs/wk) Use of year only and unspecified work schedule will result in disqualification.
