TRAINING SPECIALIST (RRL)

Salary Range: $85307 - $110905 Per Year

Job Summary: This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Major Duties:

  • You will restructure current curricula for RRL (Ready Relevant Learning).
  • You will develop and track program schedules in support of training requirements development.
  • You will monitor RRL performance measures, identify trends, and provide inputs to the Force RRL Program Manager.
  • You will develop assessments on impacts to Commander Naval Air Force (CNAF) readiness based on changes to individual training requirements.
  • You will analyze training paths and learning objectives to determine gaps in training requirements.
  • You will provide analytical services to achieve RRL goals and objectives.

Qualifications: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing data collection, analysis and interpretation of fleet individual training requirements to assist in developing recommendations or improvements.
