Salary Range: $108019 - $140426 Per Year

Job Summary: You will serve as a Training Specialist within the COMNAVIFORES Training (N7) department providing management and training support to the command, the six NIFR Regions, and 8,000 Information Warfare Reserve Sailors .

Major Duties:

  • You will be responsible for to providing centralized support to command leadership and the workforce, ensuring training management goals are met.
  • You will work with leadership and the regional training officer in the management of training to include: training program development, requirements generation, and quota control.
  • You will advise and assist Reserve Unit leadership and training coordinators in accomplishing their unit training management responsibilities and ensuring compliance with appropriate laws, rules, or regulations.
  • You will provide strategic recommendations for training program shaping in consideration of mission accomplishment and career progression.
  • You will provide training assistance in the conduct of a variety of training program processes to ensure Reserve IW Sailors complete their training and that training is accurately documented in a timely manner and conforms to CNIFR and CNFRC policy.
  • You will serve as the New Accession Training (NAT) Student Liaison Coordinator and facilitates the NAT training brief to each Intelligence Specialist “A” school class within two weeks of course convening.
  • You will assign advanced technical "C" school training to New Accession Training (NAT) Sailors in support of national manpower requirements.
  • You will conduct informal training sessions on professional development and identify available training opportunities as required or requested for all students under instruction at IWTC school house.
  • You will mentor each Sailor on all Navy Reserve related matters including benefits and mobilization requirements during the initial New Accession Training (NAT) training brief.

Qualifications: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience.
