What you will do in this role
- Conduct quality evaluations and calibrations, providing structured feedback and ensuring consistency across human and AI-assisted QA.
- Deliver onboarding, refresher trainings, and targeted coaching, identifying skill gaps and driving performance improvements at individual and team level.
- Analyze quality, performance, and customer complaint data (RCA) to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Build and present reports and insights using tools like Excel, DOMO, and Power BI, partnering with management to define action plans.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, updating processes in line with ISO standards and contributing to service quality and operational performance.
- Support AI/BOT training and knowledge management (20%), including improving evaluation criteria, contributing to automation initiatives, and enhancing AI-driven solutions.
Your qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Quality, Training, Coaching, or a similar role.
- Previous experience as Trainer & QA
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with experience in Excel (intermediate level required) and reporting tools like Power BI or DOMO.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with QA processes, insights analysis, CRM tools, or AI/BOT environments is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in structured frameworks and fast-paced environments.
