Training & Quality Associate - RCM

The Training & Quality Associate - RCM is responsible for delivering process training, monitoring quality standards, conducting audits, identifying skill gaps, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures employees are well-trained, compliant with SOPs, and consistently meet productivity and quality expectations. 

Key Responsibilities 

Training Responsibilities 

  • Conduct new hire induction and process training programs.  

  • Deliver refresher training sessions for existing employees.  

  • Prepare training materials, SOPs, job aids, and presentations.  

  • Maintain training attendance, tracker, and certification records.  

  • Identify training needs based on quality trends and operational feedback.  

Quality Responsibilities 

  • Perform quality audits as per defined sampling plans.  

  • Evaluate transactions/processes against SOPs and client guidelines.  

  • Share audit feedback with employees and team leads.  

  • Analyze recurring errors and recommend corrective actions.  

  • Participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA activities.  

  • Ensure compliance with internal and client quality standards.  

Performance Improvement 

  • Support underperforming employees through coaching plans.  

  • Conduct one-on-one feedback sessions.  

  • Monitor post-training effectiveness and improvement progress.  

  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.  

Required Skills 

  • Strong communication and presentation skills  

  • Good analytical and reporting skills  

  • Knowledge of quality tools and audit techniques  

  • Ability to coach and mentor employees  

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting dashboards  

  • Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset  

  • Good stakeholder management skills  

Experience Required 

  • 1 to 2 years in Training / Quality / role

  • 3+ years of overall experience in RCM

  • Prior experience in RCM process preferred
