We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Training Partner to join QBE within our AUSPAC Claims business, supporting our Property Claims portfolio.
Our learning team works collaboratively with the Claims business to onboard new starters, deliver compliance with confidence, and uplift capability where it matters most. We’re looking for someone who enjoys working at pace, builds trusted relationships easily, and genuinely cares about helping people succeed in their roles.

Your new role
Our team is all about making learning practical, relevant and impactful — and in this role, you’ll be right at the heart of it.
In this role, you will:
Deliver onboarding and compliance-related training aligned to Property Claims requirements
Bring learning plans to life by coordinating and supporting initiatives across annual learning cycles and projects
Partner closely with leaders and SMEs to design, coordinate, and deploy effective learning solutions
Contribute to enterprise and divisional views of capability needs and uplift priorities
Manage end-to-end learning administration, including program scheduling logistics and milestone tracking
Maintain collaborative relationships with internal teams and external vendors
Administer learning management systems and support regulatory and data privacy compliance
Ensure learning activities align with business priorities and organisational frameworks
About you
You’re an engaging facilitator who is passionate about supporting people through learning and love seeing it land in the real world. You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence, and thrive in a collaborative environment.
You’ll bring:
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building skills
Experience delivering training or coordinating learning solutions in a business environment
Confident facilitation and presentation skills, both virtually and face-to-face
Experience delivering sessions to large and diverse audiences
Understanding of compliance-focused or regulated learning environments
Property Claims experience within an insurance environment (desirable)
