At TD SYNNEX, we’re looking for a detail‑driven Training Operations Executive to join our Education Services team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer and supplier experience.
This isn’t just administration — it’s about making learning happen. You’ll be coordinating the resources, processes, and relationships that ensure every training course runs smoothly, professionally, and with precision. You will provide an excellent customer and supplier experience through the administration, coordination, and management of all resources required for the successful delivery of training courses.
We’re not here to sell you a job. We’re here to invite you into a culture that values curiosity, celebrates diverse perspectives, and believes that great leadership starts with listening.
If you’re passionate about organisation, customer experience, and delivering seamless operational support, this is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
Here’s a list of some of our perks — but what truly sets us apart is the way we work together. We’re big on trust, transparency, and making space for moments that matter:
Hybrid working
Private healthcare, matched pension, enhanced parental & family leave
“Moments that matter” paid time off (yes, even for your pet’s birthday)
Four Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion and belonging
Clear progression paths and benchmarked salaries
Sustainability commitment — including a 19.2% year‑on‑year reduction in UK office energy usage
A culture that values every voice and celebrates diverse perspectives
Our values aren’t just words — they guide how we show up every day:
Own it
Grow and Win
Dare to Go
Do the Right Thing
We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds. If you need adjustments during the recruitment process, just ask.
You will be the primary interface for students and suppliers, ensuring a seamless and professional training delivery experience. In this role, you will:
Act as the main point of contact for all order‑related enquiries within the education business
Communicate with customers regarding the status of their course bookings and orders
Create and maintain course schedules for Academy vendors on Salesforce and relevant vendor portals
Coordinate, book, and confirm all course resources — trainers, courseware, labs, catering, and more
Request and distribute purchase orders for resold courses
Manage student registrations on vendor portals to ensure courses are vendor‑recognised
Monitor order progress, investigate issues, and make decisions within defined processes
Escalate exceptions or urgent situations where necessary
Review vendor invoices and submit for timely payment via Accounts Payable
Ensure all costs and revenue are accurately recorded in Salesforce for month‑end reconciliation
Manage vendor class requirements such as sign‑in sheets, reporting, and compliance documentation
We’re not looking for perfection — we’re looking for passion, precision, and a commitment to excellence.
Strong attention to detail
Process‑driven and results‑orientated approach
Customer‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building skills
Exceptional organisational and time‑management abilities
Confidence working with numbers and handling data
Excellent communication skills
Experience with SAP R3 and Salesforce (advantageous)
Competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
If you’re excited by the idea of supporting training operations while contributing to a team built on trust and collaboration, we’d love to hear from you.
