A Training Manager at Bright Machines is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing workforce training programs that drive operational excellence, safety, and continuous improvement in our automated assembly environment. This role ensures employees have the skills and knowledge to operate advanced equipment confidently while fostering career growth and engagement.
You will lead all aspects of employee training and development for Bright Machines’ operations teams, including onboarding, technical skills training, safety programs, process instruction, and continuous learning initiatives. Partnering closely with operations, engineering, quality, and HR, you will ensure that training programs are aligned with production goals, compliance standards, and the company’s commitment to operational excellence.
