The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking a Training Instructor to deliver technical training on a variety of Satellite and Networking platforms to Combat Ready Forces system operators, communication leaders and planners, support personnel, and in-house employees.
Responsbilities:
Coordinates and conducts training events, at home or abroad, in classrooms, shops, and field environments on assigned SDN Systems within the SOCS Program.
Ensures that training is conducted IAW government approved curriculum and SOCS Training departmental guidelines.
Provides the SOCS Management with daily reports on the status of training, students, and technical or curriculum issues.
Ensures that all required End-of-Course documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
Completes the certification process for those courses assigned by the Training Management and maintain the highest level of technical and instructional expertise in the system(s) and subject area(s) assigned.
Personalizes IGs to ensure the accuracy, quality, and currency of training, administer exams and course critiques, and provide opportunities for student remediation when needed. The Training Instructor 2 also serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on assigned systems and plays a critical role in the ongoing evaluation and development of Training Support Packages (TSPs).
Works closely with curriculum developers to ensure course materials remain relevant and technically accurate as assigned systems evolve or undergo operational changes and upgrades.
Qualifications:
HS Diploma
Active Secret Level Security Clearance
Twelve (12) years of hands-on experience with Joint Warfighter C4ISR, to include three (3) of the following four (4) areas: Systems Requirements, Operational requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training/Experience: Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in Joint Warfighter C4ISR systems
Desired Qualifications:
BA Degree Highly Desirable
Demonstration of previous experience providing technical training, design, development, test and evaluation, network protocols, LAN administration fundamentals, satellite theory and Windows based operating system.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$58,500 - $122,800
