Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Training and Development Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support staff success by overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and continuing education programs. This role ensures training is engaging, effective, and compliant with licensing and agency standards. You’ll collaborate with managers, deliver hands-on instruction, monitor training records, and help foster a safe, informed, and high-performing workforce dedicated to providing therapeutic care.
