Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the annual training plan for plant personnel

• Ensure and coordinate the onboarding of new employees

• Collaborate with other departments to conduct training needs assessments (TNA) for employees and union members

• Develop and implement operations, the training plan for operational personnel based on the TWI methodology and measure its effectiveness

• Ensure compliance with plant indicators (Competency Matrix)

• Responsible for audits specific to their area (STPS, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other applicable audits)

• Manage the STPS website (DC1, 2, 3, 4, and 5)

• Control training records and ensure evidence of training completion.

• Assign training according to job positions using Workday

• Support the department's event coordination

• Maintain up-to-date information on training providers

• Ensure compliance with company policies

• Attend company-requested training sessions

• Coordinate the Training area to ensure, together with trainers, the proper administration and delivery of necessary training to required personnel

• Manage the time and activities of trainers

• Manage external training from purchase order creation to execution and follow-up

Will have :

  • Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of its operations.
  • 2+ years of experience as a course instructor and workshop facilitator.
  • STPS regulations (DC-3, DC-4).
  • Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
  • Design and execution of technical and safety training programs.
  • Training metrics and KPIs.
  • Desirable: knowledge of management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949).

Desirable: Management of LMS platforms and training databases
