Key Role:
Provide comprehensive training services to enhance the operational readiness and effectiveness of the U.S. military, civilian personnel, and contractors. Provide instruction and assessment support. Provide in-person and virtual training to deliver the architectural and engineering (A&E) Programs of Instruction (POIs), Live Environment Training, and final Job Qualification Standards certifications. Support training implementation, including material development, deliverable material development, course presentation, and course evaluation in CONUS and OCONUS locations. Provide training to maintain Military Occupational Specialty proficiency and build advanced full motion video (FMV) A&E skills. Provide support to a fusion cell, integrating GEOINT, IMINT, FMV, and other INTs into intelligence products. Provide exploitation of video footage collected by sensors on Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) platforms as well as in-depth, advanced research culminating in comprehensive, fused, multi-INT intelligence products. Work with outside agencies and industry partners and incorporate best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with intelligence
Experience with the FMV A&E/PED mission
Experience developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI)
Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops
Ability to author curriculum using the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE) process
Ability to work some nights, weekends, or holidays
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to support Mobile Training Team (MTT) requirements
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with the motion geospatial or full motion video (FMV) analysis mission, or 5+ years of experience with the motion geospatial or full motion video (FMV) analysis mission in lieu of a degree
Additional Qualifications:
3+ years of experience teaching or instructing at the DoD level
Experience exploiting FMV
Knowledge of sensor capabilities and imagery analysis
Knowledge of National level imagery product standards
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
Bachelor’s degree in Geospatial Intelligence or Intelligence Studies
T2COM or TRADOC Instructor and Development Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,300.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
