Supervise all Rock the Call team members. Field calls for the Rock the Call and Never Say No programs and resolve any questions. Field support calls for FastTrack. Identify FastTrack issues and recommend resolution. Learn and understand all functionality of the FastTrack platform.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Responsible for the staffing, evaluating, discipline, coaching, and goal setting for the Training Administrative team.
Diplomatically take and resolve calls from the field regarding Rock the Call, Never Say No, and FastTrack.
Supervise Rock the Call surveyors and hold surveyors accountable by reviewing completed surveys for accuracy and policy compliance.
Responsible for the staffing, evaluating, discipline, coaching, and goal setting for the Training Administrative (phone surveyor) team.
Assist with identifying monthly survey items using O’Reilly Parts System and paper catalogs.
Identify any program problems and report for resolution.
SKILLS/EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/ABILITIES
Proficient in Word and Excel.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills in dealing with a wide variety of people, both internally and on the phone.
Efficient organizational and time management skills.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Ability to supervise a team of five to ten full and part-time team members.
2 years of O’Reilly corporate experience.
1-2 years of supervisor experience.
