Conduct all in-house and outstation product trainings to distributors, consumers and employees
Handles product inquiries of users and distributors through calls, emails or in-person consultation
Handles and coordinate products reaction cases
Take control of all product notifications and registration requirement by the authority and making sure that products meets these requirements to be sold in market
Provide product information for internal and external communications
Manages training schedule and speaker invitations
Working closely with regional offices in implementing aligned training programs and developing localized training module and presentation materials
