Earn $28.15 per hour + $2.00 freezer premium
1st shift
10-12 hour shift length
Schedule: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Flexibility to work Friday and overtime as needed required.

You will contribute by:
Trains new non-exempt employees in safe equipment operation, selection practices, productivity, quality and efficiency as outlined in the C&S Training Experience
Trains and certifies employees on power equipment while emphasizing company safety standards.
Coaches new hires in efficiency and monitor weekly performance standards.
Evaluates performance and provides feedback that addresses training needs and promotes development
Shares observations and feedback with Training Leadership concerning new hire progress and development
Identifies training needs and makes recommendations on program effectiveness.
Motivates employees toward a higher level of performance and links job responsibilities to current business objectives

What’s a great way to stay in shape?
Continually Standing, bending, pulling, lifting, pivoting up to 90% of shift
Walking between 6-12 miles per day on various surfaces including concrete, tile, carpet, etc.
Frequently lifting of product weighing between 1 - 60 lbs. or more
Frequent lifting of product ranging from floor to overhead
Possibility of working on multiple levels of varying height
Safe handling of sharp objects including box cutting tools
