What you'll be doing
Provide in‑person, hands‑on and remote training to sites and CROs, including required documentation
Create and deliver product- and study‑specific training presentations for sites, CROs and sponsor teams
Conduct hands‑on training sessions for internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with project teams and sponsors to develop training strategies aligned with study scope and complexity
Partner with product management and internal groups to stay informed on new products and processes
Support the help desk team by resolving escalated inquiries
Evaluate workflows across departments to update ETD templates and ensure training materials remain current
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product releases
Participate in weekly project calls to address training needs and site-level knowledge issues
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What we look for
BA/BS degree preferred, ideally in education, business, science, or related fields; equivalent industry experience also considered
2–3 years' experience delivering technical training
Knowledge of clinical trials or other regulated industries preferred
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Ability to travel up to 80% domestically and internationally; valid passport or ability to obtain one required
Multi-lingual capabilities preferred
