Key Exciting Responsibilities
• Optimize high-performance backend logic using C# to ensure our software remains robust and scalable.
• Solve complex technical puzzles by diving deep into system analysis and methodical debugging.
• Spearhead the evolution of diverse licensing and utility tools that serve as the backbone of our software accessibility.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team to own and deliver critical infrastructure projects.
• Research and test innovative solutions for ambiguous technical challenges to drive continuous improvement.
Essential Skills & Experience
• Proficiency in C# and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• A "detective" mindset for investigating bugs and analyzing complex system behaviors.
• Proactive communication skills with the ability to gather context and collaborate in a team environment.
• High aptitude for critical thinking and a self-driven motivation to research unknown technical territories.
Bonus Points For:
• General knowledge of C++, providing the ability to navigate and understand the lower-level codebase when investigating complex integration or licensing issues.
• Knowledge of WPF for developing internal desktop-based tools and interfaces.
• Familiarity with modern web stacks including TypeScript and React.
• Exposure to AWS Infrastructure such as Lambda, EC2, and CloudWatch.
• Experience with Git version control and managing code across different environments.
