Get to know an international specialty chemicals group from a wide range of perspectives during the 18‑month trainee program and prepare yourself for a management career at Evonik.
We will design the structure of the program together with you, individually tailored to your strengths and interests. Starting on November 1, 2026, you will work on exciting and challenging projects across various departments and business units of the company. In addition, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a project focusing on social and/or sustainability topics. These activities will take place together with other Evonik trainees. A three‑month stay abroad is also an integral part of the program.
Embedded in the company’s network, you will learn from the best and be supported by a senior leader who will act as your mentor. We look forward to embarking on this journey with you!

Requirements
Academic background: You have completed your master's degree in business administration or industrial engineering with a focus on finance, controlling or accounting with above-average grades.
Practical experience: You have gained initial practical experience, e.g. through internships, and have knowledge in the areas of digitalization, predictive forecasting or big data analytics
International perspective: You can demonstrate your mobility through initial experiences abroad
Languages: You are business fluent in German and English, both orally and in writing
Overview of the big picture: You have a strong understanding of processes and end-to-end responsibility – you think outside the box
Creative problem solver: You take a holistic view of issues from different perspectives and develop creative solutions independently
