Trainee for Medical Affairs Spain

Madrid, Spain

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the organization and coordination of medical events and scientific activities, including advisory boards, expert meetings, clinical sessions, and congress participation.
  • Assist with congress preparation and follow-up activities, including literature review, scientific summaries, and internal briefings.
  • Conduct literature searches and review scientific publications related to dermatology and relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Support the development and review of scientific presentations, training materials, and medical communication documents.
  • Assist in responding to medical information requests from healthcare professionals, ensuring accurate and compliant communication.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial to ensure scientific accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide administrative and operational support for Medical Affairs projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Life Sciences (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, or similar).
  • Strong interest in medical affairs, clinical research, or the pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
  • Basic understanding of scientific literature analysis and clinical data interpretation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ideally master in Medical affairs for pharmaceutical industry.
