Job Summary**

VALEO NORTH AMERICA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented finance intern to join our finance department. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various financial operations within a global automotive supplier.

Job Responsibilities**

*Update the NQC file shared daily with the plant to remove users who have an Excel account solely for viewing this report.
* Support internal and external audits by providing the necessary documentation and information. Audits: Headcount & OES cycle time.
*Track SCRAP sales
*Update the NQC Dashboard.
*Record financial data and maintain accurate financial records.
*Learn and apply financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
*Collaborate with other departments to gather financial information and provide support.
*Conduct ad-hoc financial projects and analyses as needed.

Job Requirements**

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and/or Business Administration.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills
