The team CREFS NL
The Centre of Expertise for Corporate Real Estate Management and Facility Services Netherlands (CREFS NL) is responsible for managing the real estate portfolio and related facility services for ING’s offices in the Netherlands. Our goal is to provide an inspiring and sustainable work environment that connects people, attracts talent, and contributes to the strength of our business units. By creating an environment that fosters a positive employee experience and by developing an attractive real estate portfolio, we deliver tangible value to our internal clients and the organization as a whole. To continue delivering value, we consistently invest in innovation, enabling us to stay ahead and operate in a lean, cost-conscious, and CO₂- and energy-efficient way. We create environments that are not only inspiring but also truly make a difference. We achieve this by placing sustainability and inclusivity at the heart of everything we do, enhancing the employee experience, and making ING’s brand identity tangible in every space.
Roles and responsibilities
The graduation project involves researching, analyzing, and providing tools for improving the employee experience in the office. The research begins with a baseline measurement of the employee experience and what constitutes this experience. The research focuses on the elements that improve the employee experience, so that employees are encouraged to come to the office more often.
How to succeed
Our greatest expectation is that you remain curious. Keep learning. Take responsibility for your graduation project. In return, we will support you in developing into an even better version of yourself. We are looking for a motivated graduating student who has the following qualities and abilities:
