Salary: £26,000

We’re looking for a Trainee Client Management Analyst to come and join us in Edinburgh as part of the Investment 20/20 programme. This is an outstanding chance for a school leaver to gain an introduction to the Asset Management Industry by joining our Client Management team.

In this role you will gain first hand insight into the industry while making a real contribution to the success of the business. The position sits within the Aegon AM UK Client Group and will report to the Aegon AM Client Servicing Lead UK. In this role you will learn how to provide service support to our Client Management team covering Institutional, Insured and Retail clients across the UK and Europe.

You will provide a range of support activities to assist a team of 7 Client Service professionals. The team are responsible for providing the highest level of service and management for a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities for the role include:

• Client Reporting: coordinating the delivery of regular and adhoc reporting covering investment performance, portfolio trading and valuations.
• Data Analysis: ensure all client records on CRM system are maintained and accurate.  Assist the Client Service Manager on ongoing projects involving Salesforce.
• Query Management: support the Client Service Managers to meet SLAs with their clients on a daily basis.
• Management Information: provide support to the Head of Client Management in the collation and preparation of a range of management reporting covering client service performance metrics including SLAs with internal teams and clients.
• Invoices: support in the review of invoices and rebates.
• Business Processes: contribute to developing and maintaining appropriate documentation to ensure client regulatory and contractual deliverables are met.
• Asset Management Overview: meet with various stakeholders within the UK business who support the service to Clients.  Learn about their teams and the interactions.

• Comfortable using Word, Excel and PowerPoint to create documents and presentations.
