We are looking for a Trade‑In Business Leader to lead and scale our Trade‑In business across the Andean Region, focusing on revenue growth, partnerships, and expansion within the refurbished devices market.
This is a high-impact role where you will connect commercial strategy with operational execution, unlocking value through circular economy solutions and innovative go-to-market approaches.
Key Responsibilities
• Own P&L, revenue growth, and commercial performance
• Drive Trade‑In business strategy, pricing, and channel expansion
• Build and manage key client relationships and partnerships
• Lead cross-functional execution with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and CX teams
• Optimize profitability, margins, and customer experience across the device lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
• 5+ years in mobile industry, refurbished devices, or Trade‑In business
• Strong commercial acumen and revenue ownership experience
• Proven track record in business growth, partnerships, and market expansion
• Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management
• Fluent English
