We are looking for a Trade‑In Business Leader to lead and scale our Trade‑In business across the Andean Region, focusing on revenue growth, partnerships, and expansion within the refurbished devices market.

This is a high-impact role where you will connect commercial strategy with operational execution, unlocking value through circular economy solutions and innovative go-to-market approaches.

Key Responsibilities

Own P&L, revenue growth, and commercial performance

Drive Trade‑In business strategy, pricing, and channel expansion

Build and manage key client relationships and partnerships

Lead cross-functional execution with Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and CX teams

Optimize profitability, margins, and customer experience across the device lifecycle

What We’re Looking For

5+ years in mobile industry, refurbished devices, or Trade‑In business

Strong commercial acumen and revenue ownership experience

Proven track record in business growth, partnerships, and market expansion

Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills

Experience in matrix organizations and stakeholder management

Fluent English
