As a Trade Sales Account Manager (TSAM) in the Transaction Services Sales NL team, you will hold the end-to-end responsibility for managing a portfolio of Trade* clients in the Dutch market. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will ensure seamless operational execution and relationship stewardship - driving consistency, scalability, and successful delivery of ING’s full Trade Solutions offering.
You will be accountable for overseeing our Dutch Wholesale Banking clients’ using ING’s Trade Solutions throughout the lifecycle of deals won, with a strong focus on retaining and expanding existing business through in-contract sales.
Your role is pivotal in identifying upsell opportunities, optimizing solution performance, and maintaining high levels of client engagement.
You will work closely with the NL TS Sales team as well as the Trade Sales Centre of Expertise and Central TSAM team in Amsterdam to ensure consistent execution, scalable delivery, and successful implementation of ING’s Trade Solutions in the Dutch market.
