Meaningful Work From Day One:
The responsibility of this role is to be accountable for creating value and financial impact for our business at the Point of Sales. You will ensure an effective commercialization and excellence in execution of our Brown-Forman brand portfolio, as well as Commercial strategies and plans in all sales channels, including the neighboring markets (Paraguay, Uruguay, French Guiana, and Suriname). The role acts as the champion and expert for the on- and off-trade, providing strategy and guidance for channel-related themes to the Trade Marketing Team as well as other functions in the organization.
What You Can Expect:
Strategic guidance
Lead Trade Marketing strategy development and align with the Heads of Marketing, Sales, Off and On channels, Brand Marketing, and Commercial teams on “how to win” brand/channel activation strategies and plans, and “where to prioritize”.
Develop and implement PICOS (PICture Of Success) as the point-of-sale execution standard program, based on channel segmentation, integrating assortment, share of space, pricing, positioning, stock control, and extra displays.
Provide strategic input into the situation analysis of the consumer, trade, and business issues and opportunities across the portfolio.
Lead the Shopper strategy by leveraging prior market insights, transforming them into a comprehensive POS execution plan for the Sales Force, supported by clear processes, governance, and measurable performance metrics.
Constantly thrive to optimize activities for all touchpoints in the on- and off-trade by looking for competitor insights, building on own assessment analysis, and looking for synergies across brands and/or channels.
Act as a strong integrator between Sales and Marketing, driving cross-functional cooperation and leading Integrated marketing plans development, implementation, and execution.
Actively contribute and co-lead monthly business reviews and recommend actions to address risks and opportunities versus budget.
Understand and connect the consumer vision and brand proposition for each brand in the portfolio with our customers and channel strategies.
Lead and develop the Trade Marketing Team for PUB, with a warm leadership style, in a collaborative working environment (marketing and sales) through regular coaching, development plan and proper succession planning.
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's Degree plus 5-10 years experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing.
Strong proven project management skills; organized, rigorous; able to work with multiple contacts; good listener.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
Proven capabilities in compliance and process management, with emphasis on embedding ethical practices into daily operations.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to effectively drive budget allocations against business needs and able to influence others.
