Trade Marketing Manager (GT) - Nutrition

JOB DESCRIPTION:

BACKGROUND

2. Adult Nutrition Portfolio
a. Ensure: Complete and Balance Nutrition
b. Glucerna: Diabetic Nutrition
c. Nepro and Prosure: Therapeutic Nutrition

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop trade marketing strategies and execution plans of GT channel to achieve value & volume sales, offtake, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall business priorities
  • Maximize Abbott Nutrition trade sales and margin revenue through the effective management and execution of trade marketing activities - ideation, planning and budgeting, execution and implementation of campaign activities, point of sales materials and promotions, including resource allocation with optimal management of resource mix
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and other cross functional teams to create trade marketing campaigns including brand campaigns, loyalty programs, promotional activities that deliver customized value propositions
  • Drive brand awareness and profitability through the execution of distribution, merchandising, promotion and pricing strategies and visibilities at end-consumer levels
  • Lead execution and tracking process with cross functional team and external parties to deliver timely and quality report on reimbursement, execution and activity, distribution and visibility and other KPIs
  • Secure necessary approvals and ensure business compliances inline with the company policies/compliance requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

 

Education

Bachelor's degree

 

Experience/Background

Experience : Minimum 5 years of experienced in trade marketing in FMCG, with strong track record
