Your role at Clorox:
At Clorox, we believe in winning where it matters most: at the point of sale. We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who will play a critical role in shaping our commercial strategy, strengthening partnerships with distributors and customers, and driving flawless execution across channels.In this role, you will:
Lead the development and execution of Trade Marketing strategies and commercial plans, ensuring strong in-market execution and delivery of business targets.
Partner with Key Account Managers (KAMs) and customer team leaders to co-develop Customer Business Plans for key customers.
Co-manage customer investment agreements, driving performance-based counterparts, execution excellence and continuous innovation.
Work closely with Field Sales and Customer Teams to conceptualize selling initiatives and supervise execution in the field.
Identify, analyze and lead business opportunities for key customers, translating insights into actionable growth plans.
Manage, analyze and report Sales Promotion and Reduced Revenue investments, integrating them into forecasting processes.
Partner with Sales Finance to assess customer profitability, evaluate promotional effectiveness and maximize ROI.
Design and implement customized RCM and shopper-driven plans that differentiate Clorox with strategic customers.
Oversee and guide CAS initiatives, positioning Clorox as a preferred, value-adding partner.
Lead, coach and develop the Trade Marketing team, fostering high performance, ownership and growth.

What we look for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA is a plus).
5–7 years of experience in Trade Marketing within CPG / FMCG environments.
Previous Sales experience preferred; Marketing experience is a plus.
Proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving skills, with a clear business mindset.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and creative thinking capabilities.
Demonstrated leadership, decision-making and people development skills.
