Your mission
- Operate as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
- Develop sustainable as well as a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners. Effective collaboration with all internal departments of the company is an essential requirement of the role.
- Responsible for both achievement of strategic sales targets for specific accounts and for day-to-day management of operational activities.
- Responsible for definition and execution of targets for sales and profitability, visibility, branding and promotion plan for own customers in collaboration with Marketing and Trade Marketing units.
- Responsible for the management of rebates policy and annual contracts follow up for major key accounts.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
- As part of the Middle Management of the Sales team participate in the definition of sales policy, principals, and objectives.
- Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in trade marketing, category management/POS activation, brand management, or a related field, with a track record of success in driving business growth.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of the analytical direction to deliver category and brand objectives, leveraging your extensive experience and expertise.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and derive actionable insights from large volumes of data.
- Keen attention to detail and a proven track record in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential for this role, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Experience with data visualization is a plus.
- Experience in leveraging market data for decision-making.
- Experience with space planning is highly desirable, demonstrating your ability to optimize assortment and layout for maximum category performance.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams as well as internal and external partners.
