Position Summary:
This role will be responsible for end-to-end management of In-store Promoter (ISP), Team Lead (TL) and Area Sales Manager (ASM) deployment and execution across assigned channels with a focus on driving country strategic sell-out objectives.
The role works closely with ESF agencies, GTM team and Category to ensure ISP, TL and ASM are well-trained, motivated and consistently delivering sell-out objectives.
The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in trade marketing or related fields, with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Marketing from a reputable institution.
Key Responsibilities:
ISP, TL and ASM Deployment Strategy & Performance Management
- Lead recruitment coordination, payroll management, training rooster and reporting with agencies.
- Set clear KPIs for ISP, TL and ASM including sell-out targets, peripheral attachment rate and STAR products sell-out mix targets.
- Develop and execute incentive scheme that aligned with the strategic objectives to drive behaviour upselling (PREMIUM, GAMING, CISS) and cross-selling (Peripheral Attach).
- Partner closely with the GTM team to prioritize deployment in high TAM stores to optimize ROI.
- Conduct weekly cadence meeting with agency to track progress, evaluate performance, provide coaching and identify improvement opportunities.
Building High Performance ESF Team
- Partner closely with country Trainer and SEA Master Trainer to design and deliver structured training program that enable ISP, TL and ASM to provide a differentiated customers experience through a consultative selling approach
- And strengthen capability in communicating customer value propositions effectively
- Drive adoption of the Lead Management System (LMS) to ensure structured lead tacking, improved conversion rates with measurable performance outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operation
- Provide regular market and shopper insights to GTM and Category Teams
- Lead regular performance review meetings with GTM to track KPIs, address operational gaps and ensure alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage agencies to ensure the recruitment of high-quality talent and the effective management of underperforming staff in compliance with regional guidelines, ensuring operational efficiency and strong performance standards
Key Performance Indicators
- Achievement of country retail quota in terms of revenue and OGM
- Ensure consistent and measurable ROI for ASM and ISP Productivity, aligned with country strategic objectives
Qualification:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing or any related field from a reputable institution.
Experience: Minimum 6 years in trade marketing or related field, preferably in a technology or consumer goods industry.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive sell-out performance, set clear KPIs, and optimize ROI.
- Proven leadership experience managing promoters, field force team and agencies, including coaching and performance management.
- Retail execution excellence with strong capability and strategy in upselling, cross-selling, and attachment rate improvement.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Effective stakeholder management with strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
