Maintain a robust control environment around trade data, timeliness, and accuracy.
Participate in internal control testing and support external or internal audits as required.
Maintain complete lifecycle documentation, ensuring pricing events, amendments, and exposure changes are clearly traceable.
Serve as a key checkpoint for operational risk by identifying inconsistencies in pricing, volume, counterparty, or exchange submissions before downstream impact.
Reconciliations & Reporting
Perform daily pricing exposure reconciliation in coordination with Operations and Middle Office.
Support end‑of‑month reconciliation with Back Office/Accounting, ensuring all positions, P&L impacts, and pricing events are correctly reflected.
Maintain consistent communication with Front Office, Risk, and Operations to ensure pricing exposure and lifecycle events are accurately reflected across systems.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Work collaboratively with Compliance to ensure exchange limit monitoring and accurate position reporting.
Engage with IT and system support teams to troubleshoot issues and improve ETRM workflows.
Support traders on special projects such as pipeline reconciliations, payment investigations, and exposure queries.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and escalate process inefficiencies and contribute to enhancements in trade entry workflows.
Develop understanding of trading structures and market mechanics to improve job performance over time.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance system controls, reporting accuracy, and workflow efficiency within the ETRM environment.
