IMPORT-EXPORT ANALYST RESPOSABILITIES
• PREPARATION OF DOCUMENTS AND INVOICES FOR CUSTOMS CLEARANCE OF IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.
• MANAGEMENT OF LAND, AIR, AND SEA IMPORTS AND EXPORTS.
• REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF CONSOLIDATED CUSTOMS DECLARATIONS.
• UPDATING AND MANAGEMENT OF THE ANNEX 24 SYSTEM (Ixport).
• CONTACT WITH CUSTOMS AGENTS TO ENSURE THE CROSSING OF GOODS AT CUSTOMS.
• RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE PROPER INTEGRATION OF FILES.
• RECONCILIATION OF DATA STAGE VS ANNEX 24.
• PREPARATION OF REPORTS RELATED TO THE AREA.
• VIRTUAL OPERATIONS, DATA STAGE, REGIME CHANGES, IMPORT-EXPORT REGULARIZATIONS.
