TR Commercial Excellence and Innovation Lead is a strategic role responsible for defining and improving sales and marketing execution standards across TR, valid across brands. The TR Commercial Excellence and Innovation Lead will work closely with local teams as well as the EM Commercial Excellence and Innovation to deliver on these needs in an integrated way. Key areas of focus include:

The TR Commercial Excellence and Innovation Lead is a key thought partner and member of the TR Leadership Team, driving the innovative growth agenda that impacts the lives of millions of patients across TR.
Structure and drive the adoption of the framework to operate Marketing and CFC SMEs Communities of Practice across TR, incentivizing a culture of innovation, knowledge sharing, and excellence.
Partner with CMO and L&D to drive the adoption of integrated marketing capabilities and CFC effectiveness excellence across TR.
Drive excellence in Biopharma integrated marketing adoption among TR Local Marketers in evaluating customer insights, defining customer journeys, building omnichannel customer engagement, and content management. Ensure strong implementation of ICPs (Integrated Channel Planning)
Drive the adoption of International Sales Standards across TR to build a more effective and competitive CFC Team.
Co-ordinate and lead an in-market Commercial Excellence Governance Forum. This squad will bring together key commercial and cross-functional stakeholders, such as Digital, CMO Business Partners, IIS, CFE, Marketing Activators (and others as relevant to market/ initiative) to foster transparent communication across functions and ensure accountability and prioritization for implementation of key go-to-market initiatives through the country organizations.
Test and scale up prioritized commercial AI initiatives at Pfizer TR.
Make sure that Datahub is utilized in terms of data-driven decision making, particularly by the FLMs. Provide input to EMCO for improvements.
Lead the OneSegmentation Project as the Pilot in Command and ensure timely implementation of Potential and Product Segmentation for priority assets.
Own the CreateSmart project and ensure necessary transformation to maximize in-house material production
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Commercial experience in pharma
People Management experience
Strong track record of networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies
Successful experience in creating and executing business strategies with accountability for business outcomes, new product launches, and asset lifecycle management
Strong analytical skills to conduct root cause analyses and prioritize the right problem/solution (i.e., solve the cause, not the symptom)
Demonstrated success in setting/evolving Go to Market/Business Model, strategic initiatives with risk assessment and mitigation planning
Breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities, including the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact
Executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence colleagues at all levels of the organization
Lead cross-functional and cross-business projects and initiatives, identifying risks and removing roadblocks to enable teams to achieve successful delivery
