Your future team:

The TPM Supervisor is responsible for driving Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within the Maintenance Department and across the production lines. The role ensures that maintenance strategies, standards, and routines are in place and executed effectively to maximize equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, stable, and efficient production.

The TPM Supervisor is part of the Maintenance leadership team with the Mechanical and Electrical Supervisors, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

What you will be doing:

  • Build, optimize, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance plans for all critical equipment.
  • Ensure correct use of CMMS System for work orders, scheduling, spare parts and history tracking.
  • Provide day-to-day supervision and guidance to Maintenance PM Technicians.
  • Monitor key reliability metrics (breakdown frequency, MTBF, MTTR, PM compliance) and drive corrective actions.
  • Introduce condition-based and reliability-centered maintenance where relevant.
  • Develop and maintain maintenance standards, checklists, and procedures aligned with TPM methodology.
  • Coordinate and support TPM audits focused on maintenance performance and pillar maturity
  • Define skills and training needs within the Maintenance team related to TPM, reliability and equipment care.
  • Promote a culture of discipline, ownership, and continuous improvement in the Maintenance team.
  • Provide regular maintenance/TPM performance updates for the Maintenance Manager and Operations.
  • Communicate planned maintenance activities and shutdowns to Production and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure all maintenance and TPM activities comply with EHS rules, LOTO procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
  • Support risk assessments, safety walks, and maintenance-related safety improvements.
  • Keep maintenance documentation, equipment records and certifications up to date.

What you bring:

  • Technical education in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering or similar, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a continuous/process manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience with TPM, preventive maintenance, or reliability improvement initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating or supervising maintenance teams or projects is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance methods (corrective, preventive, predictive, reliability-based).
  • Solid understanding of TPM tools (Planned Maintenance, AM support, OEE, 5S, Kaizen, root cause analysis).
  • Practical experience using a CMMS System for planning and tracking work.
  • Prior SAP PM experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and understand machine layouts and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work with maintenance and production data.
  • Good communication and coaching skills towards technicians and operators.
  • Structured, hands-on, proactive and safety-oriented mindset.
