QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality or related field required; equivalent, directly-related work experience may substitute for a degree
Entry level role with internship experience in administrative support and client/customer service experience and thorough knowledge of general business procedures and client service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software; high level of proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tool
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to effectively present information
Ability to work independently and carry out detailed written or verbal instructions
Able to safely operate a utility vehicle such as, but not limited to, golf carts, utility carts, and shuttle carts
RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
Assist with fulfillment of PGA TOUR Corporate Marketing initiatives, partner programs and TPC Passport by responding and all appropriate requests and finalizing reservations as required
Handle all inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and with a positive attitude at all times
Support administrative tasks including processing payments, handling charges, and assisting with basic reporting to ensure accurate and timely records
Maintain up to date knowledge of all TPC and partner courses including, but not limited to, course characteristics, facilities and amenities, policies, procedures, course conditions, seasonality, etc
Input and maintain accurate information and required details in CRM tool (Salesforce) for all outbound communications and reservation information
Effectively represent all brands while speaking with customers
Anticipate customer needs and proactively provide excellent customer service
Assist with PGA TOUR Player initiatives/programs
Participate in weekly team meetings and provide updates as requested
Special projects or other duties as assigned
